Contract – Helen Curran holds data for the contractual and operational purposes of conducting business. Clients have the right to request full deletion of any and all records kept. Should a Client request all records to be permanently and securely deleted, work agreements between Helen Curran and the Client would cease, and the Client would be liable for payments for works carried out. Legal obligation – Helen Curran is legally obliged to hold data including and not limited to accounts, company information, financial records and company information required to be held by financial law and in accordance with HMRC and other legal financial bodies.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
